It is in good/acceptable condition with some wear. The front and back labels are clean and glossy with some minor scratches and wear. The front label has some minor scuffs along the top edge (see photos) The cartridge has some minor scratches and scuffs. This is an authentic, original copy and is NOT A REPRODUCTION OR BOOTLEG. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about an hour on my Sega Genesis 2 with a Game Genie. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Please note that you will need a Japanese Megadrive, an adapter such as a Game Genie with a code, or a clone system to play this game. In addition, the save function works perfectly, with no issues.
