Dry ink, developer and other contaminates are removed from all workings of the machine. Our team diagnostically tests and replaces all disk drives, electronic circuit boards, user interfaces and other elements. All transport assemblies are re-built and belts are replaced. The electro-mechanical workings of the printer are reassembled and the printer is made ready for staging and testing.STEP FOUR : TESTINGFull sys-gen and final diagnostic programs are run to insure operational integrity. Our engineers produce sample prints to guarantee the highest possible standards of operation. They examine print quality, software, laser calibration, font and feature installation.STEP FIVE : SHIPMENT/PACKAGINGAll Toner Copier employs logistics companies that specialize in shipping. While in transit, your equipment is fully insured by All Toner Copier. Your new/refurbish machine arrives at your data center in the same excellent condition it left our facility. SALES TERMS & CONDITIONSAll Toner Copier offers 30-day parts warranty within US locations only. All international sales are final - No refunds or returns allowed. We will not be liable in any case the machine shows low performance or shows usual wear-and-tear after the warranty has expired. It is important to note that warranty starts upon the receipt of the machine. Should you require service within the 30-day warranty window, we can offer a remote diagnosis via video conference.
