Description: English language translation of a 1960s Mexican comic book. I also have a reprint of the original Spanish language version in my Ebay Store as well. Modern photocopy reprint of an early 1960s Mexican comic book. LA REINA DE LA COSTA NEGRA is translated as QUEEN OF THE BLACK COAST and is a spinoff of the Robert E. Howard story QUEEN OF THE BLACK COAST. Stories co-star Belit and Conan. These comics were published in Mexico in the 1950s and 1960s and were virtually unknown in the US until they were rediscovered in the 70s and 80s by fans. There were about 60 issues published but flew under the radar and predated the American Conan comics by more than ten years. LA REINA DE LA COSTA NEGRA #10. Original comic was 7 x 10. Photocopy reprint is 8 1/2 x 11, side-stapled with full color front and back covers with heavy glossy covers. Interior is a 32 page Spanish language black and white story as the original comic book's interior was in black and white as well. Buyer pays for priority mail or media mail (mailed in a box).
