I have seen some of those for sale lately, but no covers. If you have one and need a cover, here it is. These are Aussie made, unlike the Canadian ones out there that were converted, as in the pic of my canteens. These will NOT fit the standard canteen, believe me, I have tried. MAYBE, without the wool cover. The last canteen pic shows one of the Aussie made carriers for the standard canteen. There is little info on these jungle canteens I got most of my info from a seller in Australia. The last pic shows what is reported as an Australian officer wearing one of the jungle canteens while accepting the surrender of a Japanese officer. ONLY ITEM IN THIS SALE IS THE LOOSE CARRIER. ALL OTHER PICS ARE FOR COMPARISON AND VARIFICATION.
