Description: This beautiful rare print was made in China under the authorization of the National Palace Museum of Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China, where the original silk scroll resides. Overall measurements are approximately 20.5” X 14.5”; the borders of this print are of traditional rich ivory brocade print. The centered print itself measures 15” X 13”. The back of the print is inscribed in Chinese and in English. There are several collector’s seals on front of print: Yin-shih k’o-ming shou-ts’ang shu-hua + 3 Ch’ien-lung. I believe the print is about 50 to 60 years of age. The print is in excellent condition for its age with a few very minor creases & corner bumps. NO scratches, tears, or other flaws that we have found anywhere. The color of the print is true as taken from the original scroll and exhibits the deep tan-gold background patina one expects to find in ancient silk. The print is on heavy, smooth stock.
