This wooden box was originally issued as an invitation to the Warner Music Group's Grammy Awards After-Party. The writing on the inside of the lid reads: "BYOG Bring Your Own Grammy...Warner Music Group Grammy After-Party...8 PM February 8 @ The Pacific Design Center 8687 Melrose Avenue, West Hollywood, CA... Please RSVP to (Redacted.) ...This invitation is non-transferable. Please bring identification." Additionally, included in the sale is an ornate invitation to the Warner Music Group Post Grammy Party at The Cathedral, 210 South Main Street, Los Angeles CA. This invitation is likely from a different year than the Grammy Award Box. This box includes a high-density foam insert in the shape and size of a Grammy Award. This box is approximately 7 inches tall x 11 1/4 inches deep x 8 3/4 inches wide. Good condition for age and storage, with some light edge wear and speckles of chipping at the corners, a bent and broken hinge, and moderate wear to the bottom of the box (please see photos.) Acquired from the contents of a Hollywood estate in Los Angeles County, California. This item is very rare and has only been offered once before online.
