Description: BATMAN 1 FACSIMILE GOLD FOIL TCM ULTIMATE EDITION UNGRADED This variant was released by The Comic Mint in November of 2023, in honor of Batman Day. They released 150 graded copies and published this information on their listing: “No non graded copies of this book will be available for purchase by The Comic Mint or site partners. CGC will take possession of and corroborate our entire number of copies ordered, and permanently dispose of any and all overage. Please note it is customary for the publisher at their sole discretion to award a limited number of complimentary non graded copies to their staff. These copies are outside the scope of this offering and may be offered for sale by those individuals.” I purchased a box of ungraded copies at a retailer that deals in overage and undeliverable freight, so it is my best guess that these were intended to reach staff. I have never seen an ungraded copy other than one of my own listed for sale on eBay. I will do my best to answer any questions you may have, but everything I know about them is shared here. I have taken photos of any areas that may be of interest, and lifted the front cover as minimally as possible to photograph the publisher info.
