Description: 10K Order of Scottish Clans Medal / Pendant OSC. Order of Scottish Clans, a fraternal organization, was established in 1878 to preserve Scottish immigrants of their Scotch heritage and provide insurance for members and their families. Many of their members were Masons and one had to be of “good moral character” to be accepted as a member. Medal is in good condition with age appropriate wear and no loss to the enameling The medal is unmarked but tests as 10K. Medal is over 7/8" wide x 1-3/8" long Weight is 8.9 grams.
