Destroyed 19th November 1841 Displays characteristic NW corner star with absence of 7 o’clock ray. Distinctive broad check letter D and leaning slightly to the left. Displays an unusual heavy top border of the NE corner star. Tied Red MX cancel 4 good Margins On cover from Macclesfield to Leek dated 3rd September 1840 Faint red Macclesfield receiving CDS to rear.
