Author Biography Gary Keating was born in he small town of Fanwood, New Jersey, and received his degree in Athletic Administration from St. Johns University, New York. Upon graduating he would become a mens college assistant basketball coach, following a few years he would step away and help be the caregiver for his father who had Parkinsons disease for 14 years. Following his fathers passing exactly six months to the day, Gary would be diagnosed with young-onset Parkinsons at the age of 38. Now dedicated to help in any way, Gary remains strong.
