Fully lined. The tag reads size large. Here are some measurements so you can compare it to an item that fits you well at home: Laying flat, it measures 23 inches across at the bust and from the top of the neck to the bottom in back, it measures 20.5 inches. It's large, but not a generous large. Stored well with no odors. At the neck by the shoulder seams, there is one black bead missing and other side, there is one black bead that is loose. I've taken this into account in the low price I am offering this at. From a smoke-free/pet-free home. Free shipping in the US includes professional packaging, tracking and insurance.
