Ported+Rebuilt Audi 3.0L Supercharger +New (larger) Bosch 75mm ThrottleBody Kit!

And so, I don't want you buying something you were going to regret which is why my description below is lengthy and I encourage you to ask any questions before purchasing. The only 'problem question' is the one you did not ask. BACKGROUND: Before being ported then rebuilt, it was in good condition and sourced from a B8.5 3.0L Audi engine and in good condition. Then ported, rebuilt (with bearings replaced), then filled with OEM AUDI supercharger oil. It has not been installed on an engine or used in any way since being ported and rebuilt. NEW LARGER THROTTLE-BODY BUT NOT TOO LARGE: In addition to other moderate porting Throughout the supercharger, the supercharger had its air-Inlet enlarged (ported) to accommodate the new Bosch 75-mm throttle body kit (OEM throttle-body is 70mm) which is a 5mm-larger opening feeding into the (pictured) adapter and then the enlarged supercharger inlet. This throttle-body size has proven to increase power but not oversized (no notable benefit), to maintain throttle-response. The new supercharger oil is OEM Audi. All bearings/seals (front and back) were replaced with OEM type. INTERCOOLERS The OEM intercoolers were removed, deep-cleaned. All-4 inner cooler seals were replaced with OEM seals. NOTE: These two intercoolers appear to be in good condition, are very clean, but are included AS-IS and have NOT been pressure-tested, and therefore SHALL NOT BE REPLACED BY SELLER IF FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE BY BUYER. NEW THROTTLE-BODY + ADAPTER + Bolts, & wiring harness-adapter KIT: The OEM throttle body is only 70mm. This listing price includes a new 75mm throttle body kit, with everything found in this listing's pictures ONLY. As you can see in the pictures, all the screws/bolts are the ones sealed/unopened original plastic packaging from the supplier "iABED Ind." The supercharger air-inlet has been opened up to except this throttle-body adapter and related throttle-body. The adapter plate, that adapts the 75mm throttle-body to the supercharger inlet, has been opened-up/ported to match the also opened-up/ported supercharger air inlet. IMPORTANT NOTE: The wiring-harness (electrical plugs and cable interface between the Audi factory throttlebody electrical connector and the new Bosch 75 mm electrical connector) REQUIRED to make this new (made in Germany) Bosch throttle-body "plug and play" compatible with OEM AUDI throttle-body electrical plug and vehicle systems, IS included with your purchase, as is all other items found in this listing's pictures. Per the supplier of the 75mm Bosch throttle body kit, no additional vehicle programming or flashing is required for this 75mm Bosch throttle body to operate properly. What you will need to be aware of is that, after the new throttlebody is installed, you will need to idle for 3mins, off for 1min, idle for 3-3.5mins, off for 1-1.5min, then drive it for about 100 miles which should include non-aggressive driving first that uses "varying the full range of throttle-body opening possibilities," and highway speeds. then more driving that is more aggressive as the vehicle engine and transmission processors learn to make use of the increased airflow. Meaning, don't expect increased power levels until the vehicle's engine and transmission processors (ECU & TCU) have learned about the new airflow capabilities and your driving characteristics. The wiring harness Dash adapter is not just two different plugs and some wires. it actually contains Wires and two plugs but also incorporates an "iABED Ind." Signal conditioning component required to make this kit plug-and-play meaning, don't think you can go get a larger Bosch throttle-body and simply install it without the wiring adapter/signal conditioner because it won't work. OTHER DESIRED MODIFICATIONS CAN BE DONE LATER As I have done with a different version of this, this ported supercharger and new 75mm throttle-body kit can be used on a 'daily driver' car without other vehicle modifications, but the full benefit of this moderately ported supercharger and enlarged throttle-body kit would not be experienced without other modifications. Meaning, you can have a completely stock-vehicle and install all this kit then do the other modifications later when time/finances permit while still using the vehicle. This listings items are mostly beneficial to those with the engines having other synergistic-modifications like larger supercharger belt-pulleys at the crankshaft and/or a smaller supercharger pulley at the supercharger, performance air-intake/filter system, and performance ECU/TCU flashing by companies like Integrated Engineering, APR, 034, or GIAC, etc. Some of these companies offer such flashing services that can be done at your home over the Internet. NOTE 1 of 3: Typical Bosch 70mm DBW throttle bodies have an outer-diameter of 75mm. You will need a 3" silicone transition to whatever size your air pipe between the air cleaner box in the throttle body is. This adapter can be ordered by going online and searching for the supplier of these adapters which is "iABED Ind." (iABED Industries). NOTE 2 of 3: As you will see in the photographs of the supercharger, and typical of rebuilt super chargers for sale, this supercharger does not include the bypass valve that fits on top of the backside of the supercharger and you will need to transfer your bypass valve onto this supercharger which requires no modifications. NOTE 3 of 3: Your purchase has you receiving everything found in the listings pictures ONLY. Meaning, there's a few O-rings and rubber-seals readily available that you will need to purchase to install the items in this listing. I can assist you in finding those, so you may purchase them from other providers if you like.
