I have looked extensively across many platforms and have been unable to identify the exact origin of this mask. I have reached out to costume designers, but have had no luck in identifying this mask. It may or may not be custom made, it should be noted however that there is a huge amount of detail on the mask. There are no markings indicating region of manufacture, maker, material, etc. the details on this mask include: simulated mud, boils on skin, extensive wrinkles, some (unidentified) insignia carved into the forehead, deep welts, skin discoloration, mask texture, red marks, and more. The only resemblance this mask bears to other horror masks is the way that the mouth is sewn shut, like the pig mask in the movie SAW.
