Description: Circa 70 original photos taken before 1945 and circa 15 photos taken after the war. All these photos and papers come from the same sailor who served first in theREGIA MARINA the ROYAL ITALIAN NAVY and after WWII in the MARINA MILITARE ITALIANA.He started as an NCO (Chief Quartermaster) and later became an officier.He served also on Regia Nave CONTE DI CAVOUR.The motto of the Cavour, "MOLTI NEMICI MOLTO ONORE",can be seen on the stereotelemeter tower of the ship.The family of our sailor was very closed to Ammiraglio di Squadra Navale Arturo Riccardi,one of the chiefs of staff of the Regia Marina.There's a big portrait of the admiral with a very long dedication to our sailor and another one signedby Admiral Riccardi and othe 3 admirals of the Regia Marina.There are also some papers coming with the photos plus some award certificates issued after WWII for WWII facts.There's also an original photo of the sinking GRAF SPEE at rio de la Plata.What else to write?
