Description: Peggy Olsen was a popular artist who lived & worked in the Monterey Peninsula area of California’s Central Coast. She was most well known for landscapes done often in bright planes of color artfully juxtaposed. She has an eye for truly capturing the essence of the Central Coast landscape. She was a member of the Carmel Art Association for many years. This is where we bought this painting. She died in May of 2021. This painting captures a vineyard on the foothills of Monterey’s Santa Lucia Mountains. The image measures 5 1/4 width 3 in ht.Framed, the work measures 12 in width X 10in height.Artwork is an excellent condition. The frame may have some scratches.
