Description: Panasonic BT-S1370Y Video Monitor For sale- a Panasonic BT-S1370Y Video Monitor. I would say as pictured but I intend to remove the rack mount you see to cut down on the shipping cost. So to repeat, the sale does not include the rack mount. If you want the rack mount it is available and I can probably include it if you are nearby on the east coast. If you are on the west coast we will have to see what it adds to my shipping costs. The monitor powers up as you can see and the CRT itself is alive, but it does not pass a video signal from the S-Video input. That is the extent of my testing and it is consequently sold for parts or repair only, NO returns. I have no idea if this is a viable candidate for repair. When first powered up the CRT briefly lit up across the whole face, changed color a little bit, and then wen to just a horizontal line barely visible at the top of the screen, with occasional bursts of other horizontal lines as pictured. All items are sold as is with no warranty offered unless one is specifically stated. Any testing done will be explicitly stated in the listing and any accessory items will also be mentioned or pictured. If it isn’t pictured or mentioned you can assume it is not part of the sale.
