The candle itself is battery operated but DOES NOT WORK. Comes with a small tin finger loop candle holder that measures approximately 4"L x 3"W. The second candle is electric corded and in working condition. It has a plastic candle body with a brown/red tin base. The base is meant to sit on a windowsill. Including the candle, it measures approximately 8" tall. The holder measures approximately 3.75"L x 3"W. The base does have a couple of scuff marks on the back edge.
