Description: This 1940’s copy of Ozma of Oz by L Frank Baum is in fair condition. The binding is partially detached with compromised gutters; the text block itself is tight; cover illustration has a missing corner and shows slight wear; there are no color plates in this volume as they had been phased out of the Oz series reprints around 1935. Featuring teal blue cloth covers, there are several inscriptions to the first few pages indicting prior ownership. Some slight foxing is apparent in the paper stock, as is typical. The cover measures 7” x 9.25”, the text block measures 9” x 6.4”, 270 pages. A later copy in fair condition ready to join your collection.
