Description: A beautiful 2011 first edition, second printing, of Wilde’s complete works. “ Playwright, novelist, poet and epigrammatist, Oscar Wilde was Ireland’s greatest and most inspired wit.” “Today he is remembered for the brilliance of his writing, and this complete addition of his works, contains all his plays, his only novel, “The Picture of Dorian Gray”, as well as his essays poems and stories for children.” This volume can be found in Italian, French, and other languages for prices that can run well over $200. Although he was Irish, this volume is extremely hard to find in English, and especially in this condition. I can find no flaws that should be mentioned in the book itself, and the dust jacket is in superb shape. Please notice a slightly ruffled top area of the dust jacket that is not very noticeable. Top edge gilt adds to the collectible feel of this volume.
