Description: Book is in good condition. The dust jacket is in two pieces along the front cover (shown in pictures). But the hardcover, spine, binding, and pages are all in very good condition. Interestingly a previous owner looks to have been an "Arthur Betts" based on the writing inside the front cover (shown in pictures). And in a list of cases Oliver Cowdery worked in Elkhorn, Wisconsin there is a divorce case for "Jane R. Betts vs Ira H. Betts" that has a pen dot and checkmark next to it (shown in pictures). It looks like the previous owner may have been a descendant of these individuals that Oliver Cowdery assisted with a divorce. The only other page I noticed with marks on it is also shown in the pictures (some underlining, arrow, and star mark).
