It is not complete and is beingsold as not working for parts/repair, untested, and as-is. It has no motor and I'm not sure what's missing or if all the parts that are there are in good working order. I've taken lots of pictures and a video to provide a generalidea of the condition of what you will receive. The set screw for the front dial is missing and it seems like the oval plate doesn't line up with where the blade would be positioned. I mention this in the video and it may be that it's on backwards (not sure) and there is no blade included.Has wear, rust, dings, etc., etc. SINCE THIS IS BEING SOLD FOR PARTS/REPAIR AND IT'S TOOEXPENSIVE TO SHIP BACK AND FORTH IT IS SOLD AS "NO RETURNS" Please use zoom feature when viewing pictures.
