I can tell you that these saddlebags are about one of the nicest bags Harley sells. I've dealt with a lot of Harley Saddle Bags and most don't come close to the quality of these Smooth Bags. I think you actually have to have one in your hands to appreciate these for what they are. We don't charge a handling Fee. The charge shown is actually for shipping insurance.
