NWT 1980s Hanae Mori Silk Dress Back Bow Silver Metallic Damask Floral Party VTG

Description: For your consideration Vintage 1980s Hanae Mori Boutique floral damask dress with original tags attached. 100% silk with silver lurex rose print. Does not indicate, but presumably made in Japan. No pockets. Fully lined. Beautifully pleated layers with big bow. Fastens at the back with buttons, snaps & working zipper. Marked size 14 Fits like a modern Medium. (Works on a Small too for a roomy fit) Tag indicates color beige. Reads like a pale beige or off white depending on the lighting. New old stock with tags but does have flaws - sold AS IS. Pre owned but never worn. Overall beautiful dress. Shows general wear from on the rack at the department store. (You can see it was marked down on the tag). There are stray silver threads throughout that need to be snipped. One of the shoulder pad is missing & the other is not attached on one side. You can either remove the one, or use it as a pattern to put a new one in. Also, one sleeve has some marks on it and the other has a small spot. I did my best to get the wrinkles out with a low iron, but ideally this should be dry cleaned to get it nicely pressed. Please review photos and message with any questions. Zoom in for details.
