ConditionOverall condition is good for the fact that this book is from the 1980's. With that said there are some things to discuss. Front Cover Top Right Corner has some staining and slight ripping (see image) Bottom left corner has a 5 mm stain (see image) Back Cover Large Spill stain across the bottom (see image) Pages The pages themselves are in fairly good condition. The first page, first section has some barely visible, faint pencil mark, like someone almost used the book but didn't (see image) Some minor page separation on last page from staples. Pages are a little loose in general due to age but also I believ eit was kinda made this way in order to facilitate the use of the pages. If you really wanted to use this you would want to just photocopy these sheets and use that instead of the book.
