Using the finest Japanese raw materials, it took Noike numerous prototypes and a long testing phase to perfect its unique, irresistible action. The Smokin Swimmer has a curved boot tail providing a unique swimming action. Instead of rolling or flanking, the body remains stable and vibrates within itself. When retrieved, water resistance pushes the "bent tail" in the opposite direction, causing it to stretch. Unlike other swimbaits, the Smokin Swimmer creates a pendulum motion. That is, instead of a "left-right", or figure-eight pattern of movement, the tail plate performs a seductive swing.The motion generated by the tail plate is amplified at the root of the tail, causing the softbait to pulsate all the way to the head. This creates a strong, high-frequency vibration of the entire bait. Infused with a shrimp and fish scent, the Smokin Swimmer is very versatile and can be used as a swimbait, bladed jig trailer, and for mid/bottom-strolling.
