Some white paint on the handles in a few spots. A few spots on the blade. Minos scuffs and cosmetic scratches. Scissors are super sharp and I don't see any chips in the cutting edges. Cut cleanly through 2 pieces of paper like butter. Made in the USA and ready to work with no issues. Please see picts or ask questions. What else can I say?
