It comes with the 2 mounting bolts, and hex tool. These come from a client of ours, a large construction company, that uses Fuel Maverick wheels on all of their trucks...but do not use the center caps. These fit other 8-lug Fuel wheel models, please reference the part numbers below. There is a 1/2" spacer is attached to the bottom, it is removable if not needed. All part numbers included below, this is a 3-piece cap (the center middle piece with logo, the outer skirt/base, and the bottom spacer).
