Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 40 minutes Place 1/2 cup chopped green onion, 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 4 tablespoons McCormick® Caribbean Jerk Seasoning, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, and 2 large fresh garlic cloves in blender container or food processor. Cover. Pulse just until blended. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade; set aside. Place 2 pounds bone-in chicken thighs and drumsticks (skin removed) and remaining marinade in large bowl, turning chicken to coat well. Cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
