Description: Movie Masters Batman Dark Knight Rises GCPD JOHN BLAKE loose action figure with HAT. When I went to remove the hat there was blue gluey stuff on the inside of the helmet and on the top of his scalp. I took off what I could. Please see photos. Figure in photos are the exact figure up for sale. I have two (2) of the same exact figures for sale. They were both owned by an adult and displayed on a shelf.
