Marvel 1993 X-MEN #25 Fatal Attractions Black & White variant MAGNETO holo RARE!

Description: You are bidding on one copy of X-MEN #25; part #5 from the set of the X-MEN "FATAL ATTRACTIONS" storyline; released starting in July of 1993. This super *HOT* X-MEN book features a wrap-around cover with a sharp and clean Magneto hologram on the front. But this particular copy is the extremely RARE and MUCH-desired Black & White retailer incentive variant! And, even after all this time (over 30 YEARS!!), it is still in UNcirculated, UNread condition, and was bagged and boarded immediately after initial receipt and will have a fresh BCW bag and board prior to shipment. Overall, I have assessed this copy to be in higher grade 9.2 NM- condition. I feel confident a professional press would greatly improve its overall condition to at least lock in the 9.2 grade, and "might" actually make this copy a potential candidate for a 9.4.
