CASE: This is an absolutely beautiful and rare 2 piece genuine ROLEX Tudor solid 9 carat yellow gold ROUND shaped watch case. The case is in ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL CONDITION FOR ITS AGE. The case back only shows a couple of extremely light marks and no dings that I can see with the eye. The case back has NO inscriptions at all. The case sides are excellent. with no dings. The beautiful extended integral 9 carat gold lugs are thick and solid. The inside of the case is fully signed by FOR ROLEX who were official casemakers for ROLEX in the UK. The hallmarks in the case back are crisp dating this beautiful ROLEX watch to 1961 (LONDON) The case measures 3.3cms (33mm) in DIAMETER excluding the lugs and crown. THE CASE, BAND AND MOVEMENT WEIGH APPROXIMATELY 44 GRAMS IN TOTAL WEIGHT. DIAL: This is a wonderful totally original STUNNING white dial. The dial is in INSANELY GREAT condition, is NOT a re-painted dial and all of the applied golden Arabic/baton numerals are in good order. The dial is fully signed ‘TUDOR ROYAL’ in black lettering with the Tudor Rose emblem on there too! All of the hands including the centre seconds hand are golden and are in excellent condition. The crystal is in excellent condition showing this beautiful dial to its best. MOVEMENT: This is a wonderful clean genuine ROLEX TUDOR FULLY SIGNED high grade quality 17 jewel centre seconds movement. It is fully signed, and is engraved with the wording 'TUDOR' ’17 Rubies’ and ‘Swiss made’ in a beautiful type set. This fantastic ROLEX TUDOR movement is in good working order, has been timed and oiled by my watchmaker and is running very well. I have timed it on my timegrapher and dial up keeps good time to within approximately 10 secs per day.The crown may be a replacement but it has the TUDOR SHIELD emblem on it so it is a ROLEX TUDOR GENUINE PART. It is gold in color and is in excellent condition. All in all this is a beautiful ROLEX TUDOR original movement. BAND: There is a fantastic original ROLEX SIGNED SOLID 9 CARAT GOLD INTEGRAL band. It has a lovely ‘RIBBED’ design and considering its age it is in excellent condition. The watch and band measure just over 7 inches in total length SO I WOULD ESTIMATE IT WOULD IT UP TO A 7 INCH WRIST. The clasp is a fold over and has the ROLEX CROWN ON IT. The other end is a ladder and the clasp has 3 size settings smaler or larger. This ORIGINAL ROLEX SIGNED band compliments this gorgeous ROLEX TUDOR wrist watch superbly! BOX: This beautiful watch comes complete with a blue leatherette covered jewellers box to keep it in. The box is in excellent aesthetic condition and is a great place to store your lovely ROLEX TUDOR watch.
