Rear hinge starting but binding okay overall. Writing and very small tear on edge of flyleaf. One sheet (e.g., 4 pages, pg. 197-200) loose but present. Small stain on pages 200-201. Small, faint water stain at very bottom, more visible toward end of book. See photos.
