Lee APP Custom Case Deflector and Feed Pawls

Description: This is the much-anticipated Case Deflector and Feed Pawls for the Lee APP. Included in this order will be 1 Case Deflector, a pair of Standard and Magnum Feed Pawls, and detailed setup instructions. Parts are 3d printed as pictured. This is the kit to get if you are tired of all the miss feeds. In our testing, we were able to achieve 6200 cases per hour with 9mm, 4500 cases per hour with 223, and 3500 cases per hour with 6.5 creedmoor. We started only with the Case Deflector, it was helpful, but quickly realized that it still had an annoyingly high amount of misfeeds. After 30+ revisions, we finally had designed a much better set of feed pawls. Using my Custom Universal Case Feeder and tuning the pawls, the only misfeeds you will get will be from short strokes or upside down cases. We routinely process thousands of 9mm and 223 without a misfeed. You will be able to increase your cycle speed with this setup, but the real speed comes from saving time fixing misfeeds. These are two components of a multi-part system to cure Lee Universal Case Feed problems. These alone can help but for the ultimate trouble-free feeding experience, you need my Custom Universal Case Feeder. The Feeder is much quicker for caliber changes and fits the brass perfectly which keeps the cases from tilting which is a key element in preventing misfeeds.
