Knife Block holder for Simplehuman Dishrack drainer drain rack 3D Printed knives

Description: This is a custom designed Knife block holder for the full size or compact Simplehuman Dish drainer rack (current production models). They used to include a knife holder, but stopped with the newer versions. So I've 3D designed one that fits into the larger silverware slot that comes with your Simplehuman dish rack. I have designed it to fit in slightly snug so it wont pop out. (if you want it looser fit, just take a bit of sand paper to the small lip that inserts into the tray but you shouldn't need too, it is not overly tight, just perfect). I made it 1.5 inches tall to accommodate longer knives (although very long knives will still touch the bottom of the tray). This will fit either the full size or compact model. I have now modeled all 3 sots in the Full size and both slots in the Compact size. Please make note, the Largest (shark fin shaped) knife holder is universal and fits BOTH the Full size and Compact dish racks (current production models only!). I Also have the middle squares and smaller end slots created for both full size and compact size. These extra parts would be great if you only use a couple of small butter/steak knives occasionally but want to keep you larger slot open for stirring utensils and other larger objects.For most people I'd recommend the Largest size as it can accommodate larger knife blades. Please be aware though extra large butcher type knives probably wont fit. These blocks are made for mostly standard size kitchen knives. Please note there are 3 Grey Colors, Light Grey, Grey and Dark Grey. Currently Dark Grey is the best match for the GREY dish rack but it is still not 100% to the grey of the dishrack.. The White is very close about 90% or closer, you can tell a difference but just barely. Please see pics!! Also Please note, these are 3D printed so some colors show the print lines more than others but structurally these are all very solid and not flimsy or flexible in any way so have no worries! Please note, the blue/purple color shift is is two different colors depending on the angle you look at it. Fitting Instructions: Each dishrack sold can have small tolerances in the plastic mold so the Knife block may fit very tightly or a little bit looser. It should slide in without too much force, if your dish rack is a light tighter when inserting the knife block consider a few light scrapes of an emery board or 240-360 grit stand paper around the lip. Likewise if your dishrack is slightly wider and you find the block is too lose, a little strip or tape around the rounded edge and corners should firm up its fitment. Electrical tape works great, but even scotch tape can be enough. PLEASE NOTE, This knife block is NOT compatible with the older first gen Simple Human Disk racks. You can tell by the shape of the silverware container. If it doesn't have that 'shark fin' design on one end, this wont fit.
