Description: This is a 1974 hardcover copy of KING ARTHUR'S DEATH, edited by Larry Benson and containing the Stanzaic Morte Arthur and the Alliterative Morte Arthure. This book was published by Bobbs-Merrill and has a fully intact dust jacket. This book is in overall good condition but it shows some signs of reading, wear, storage, handling, or age. Please see the photos and read the below written description for a full sense of the condition of this book. THE DUST JACKETTop right corner of inside front flap has been clipped. Shows some corner denting or edge denting, some surface scuffing. Some minor corner wear. A few very small edge tears. No significant chips. CLOTH-BOUND BOOKMinor edge or corner denting. Binding is intact but front cover opens easily and book falls open easily to a few pages early in the book. Opening page has a price stamped on it. Half-title page has what appears to be some dark binding-glue residue in the gutter between the facing pages—see photo. A previous owner made a few notes and underlined a few things in the text of the poems. This book shows a few signs of usage, reading, and handling, but it's still a solid copy. * * * * * I do NOT use stock photos.
