Cloth material cap with thin elastic band around the whole edge of the cap. Nice stretch to the cap, but I feel this wig will not fit a 9" inch doll head. Hair comes from underneath the cap by the sides. See close up picture. Read full description please. Thick head of hair in long various lengths of curls. Small portions of hair from the sides are braided and pulled back with a ribbon and short curls on the ends. The braids are extra mohair braided and sewn into the cap. Short curly bangs that are curled up and need styling. More hair for bangs, fuller bangs compared to the Auburn Josephine wig I have for sale. Seam part on top. This is how the wig looks out of the box. Wigs had NOT been handled until I took pictures. Hair needs some styling. Sometimes just lightly loosening up the hair/curls. Curls the bangs down or up or blend them with the hair. I will mail the wig in the wig box and wrap with bubble wrap and shipped in a bubble envelope since there is no tags. Wig fits all three dolls nicely with a silicone cap.
