There were two plates (1A1A1A1A1A and 1B1B1B1B1B). The Plate 1A sheets are perforated through the right margin, but are not perforated on the left. Plate 1B sheets are perforated through both left and right margins. I am offering Cylinder blocks from plate 1B from both the lower and upper panes. The stamps are Mint Never Hinged The Hibernian Catalog value for each block is €5.00, so €10.00 for the pair. If you only want one of the two, message me and I can offer that, but it will cost more for two individual blocks than the two together.
