When powered on, light turns on, and fans are operational. On start up platform showed movement but stop after a few seconds followed by beeping noise. Beeping comes on and off in 1 minute intervals which then platform tries to reengage but fails to do so. Unit does not have a control panel/display to further test. Physical condition Used unit with signs of use around the casing. Top Panel has residue from previously being stacked. Missing display panel.
