Smith, music by Florence Bjornstad, Published by Salem Publishing House, Manhasset, L.I., New York, 1946. This is an excellent sheet with minor corner bumps! These small format sheets are NOT trimmed - they did not quite fit on my old scanner. All sheet music is shipped in plastic, between stiff cardboard and with delivery confirmation.
