Description: HP Elitebook 840 g8 Core i7 11th Gen PC Notebook Laptop 1165G7 Processor Posts and boots to BIOS. BIOS is unlocked. Bottom part is bent, has a dented corner which causes a small gap. This laptop came with two notes that said "bad port" and "blank image" as seen in pictures. This laptop came in with others but I'm assuming since the notes were on this one, they are meant for this one. No RAM, No SSD, No OS No AC adapter (no charger) Battery takes a charge but overall battery health is uncertain. Screen has some scuffs and discoloration spots on the top but works. This unit "works" in that it turns on, passes post and boots to BIOS which is unlocked (ready to go) by pressing F10 repeatedly at the HP startup screen. No further testing has been done, there is always a possibility there could be other issues that have not been found yet. Please see pictures for more details. *The white pointer shows obvious issues that have been found.
