The model comes equipped with aftermarket DCC NO SOUND, by a TCS T1 decoder. The model shows some run time per the wheel wear. There was no missing or damaged parts noted, however we ask you review photos carefully to grade the model yourself. The packaging is all included in fair condition with typical box wear from being stored.
