Description: Engine is in good used condition. There are some marks/flaws on it so please check the photos. The previous owner removed the 2 original horns and replaced them with a single horn. It was tested in DCC and it does not run. The sound works great and the front headlight works but the wheels won’t budge for some reason. The DCC address is #3.
