Description: Up for sale is one of my favorite sourdough starters I have. Highly active and very flavorful starter. I was told the age of this yeast is around 1880s- 1900s. I posted pictures of some of the different things I’ve made with this one. The banana bread is amazing. If you’re looking for a great book to get you started I highly recommend The Perfect Loaf by Mauricio Leo. Highly detailed and great recipes. In this auction you will receive a detailed hardcopy of directions with some pointers of my own,I wish I would have had just starting out, and also 12 oz of sourdough yeast.
