High-heat vinyl is a versatile and easy-to-use material that can be used in a wide range of applications for several reasons. These include: · Strong resistance to high UV, humidity, temperature, pressure, and salt-spray exposure. · Flexibility for applying to surfaces with contours and uneven edges. · Cuts and weeds easily, for smooth and clean application. · Self-adhesive backing that doesn’t leave a sticky residue. · Created and tested for high-heat applications (Duracoat & Cerakote). · Can also be used with several air-dry applications. At High-Heat Vinyl, we’re professionally trained vinyl applicators as well as life-long crafters and DIYers, with years of experience using vinyl, high-heat vinyl, and more across a wide range of unique use cases and distinctive material, making us experts in vinyl applications. Our patterns are made to withstand the most extreme conditions (heat, pressure, humidity, etc.) without tearing, peeling, bubbling, leaving residue or peeling off paint when removed thanks to the high-grade Avery Dennison high-heat vinyl stock we use exclusively in our high-heat designs. As such, we can only recommend high-heat stencils cut from Avery Dennison stock. That said, we have a few important reminders for purchasers of our high-heat vinyl products: · All High-Heat Vinyl stencils are intended for single-time use, not for repeated removal and reapplication. · All High-Heat Vinyl stencils ship unweeded, which means they include both the negative and positive designs for each pattern. All pass-through pieces will be included. This pertains to all our stencils unless otherwise noted. · Although our stencils can adhere to contours and unique shapes, surfaces must be smooth and clean to ensure proper adhesion and avoid air pockets or unwanted debris during application. · High-Heat Vinyl stencils are designed for use with firearms and firearm accessories; however, they can be used across a wide range of products and purposes. · We recommend 2 full stencils for a full-sized pistol, and 4 full stencils for a rifle and accessories. · Tracking information for any stencil order of 2 or less is available for an additional charge of $4. Otherwise, stencil orders of 2 or less purchased normally will be shipped WITHOUT tracking information.
