The front of this medal is a 3-D molded image of the original Hershey chocolate factory with the 2 smoke stack towers and the silos. The back has an image of the baby in cocoa bean with the inscription "Congratulations October 6. 1995". The medal / coin measures 2 7/8 inches diameter and is about 3/16 inch thick.
