Description: This is a set of 8 hand made and hand painted Italian clown tiles. Each one is unique and different in design and color. They are all signed Cosaro in the corner. I have researched and have not found the artist or maker. There are a few other Cosaro clown figurines but no tiles. Each tile measures 3" x 4" and the large one is 3" x 6". They are made of bisque porcelain and are quite fragile, but have NO chips or cracks or other damage. On the back of a few of them is a small patch of velcro where they were hung on the wall and secured there by the other piece. The velcro is easily removed if desired. The condition is remarkable as the little tiles are fragile but have no signs of damage. They are really a cute and rare find!
