It is not labeled for fabric content though it feels like it may be wool, soft, not scratchy. It looks handmade as it is not completely symmetrical. It is not adjustable. It's total length measures 35.75" from point to point when laid flat. There is a slight stretch to the fabric so that it can measure 36" when pulled taut.
