It does not come with insert. It features an Asian dragon with a French Country flair! My photos show another similar pillow that is listed as well as some gorgeous blue and white style rooms. However, buyer is buying the dragon needlepoint only. It is in excellent/unused condition. It measures about 14" x 16", when laid flat. It has a zipper closer.
