The full skirt has an insert of butter cream above the cream scalloped hem. Sophie wears brand new cream cotton panties with lace, (from Ebay seller: trim-finds-and-dolls) and a charming matching scalloped brim hat. She carries a little gingerbread cookie and cutter.
