Genuine SAGA Norwegian Blue Fox Fur Stole Stern and Mann Co Canton Ohio LOT OF 2

Description: I'm offering TWO vintage stoles in this listing: A SAGA Norwegian Blue Fox Fur stole along with a smaller unlabeled stole that appears to be fox fur as well. The SAGA stole has three labels: 1) " Reynard New York - Montreal " 2) " The Stern & Mann Co. Canton, Ohio " 3) " Saga Specially Selected Norwegian Blue Fox " In addition to these three labels, a stitched monogram is also present " JBD ". I am NOT an expert in vintage furs or clothing. I will do my best to describe this item here in my description. Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have and please LOOK CLOSELY AT ALL PICS as they definitely provide the best description I can offer. This SAGA stole / collar measures approximately 39" long and 9" wide (in the center, where the "Stern" tag is located) The SAGA stole was made with a long narrow area of satin lining (rather than fur) on the "fur side" that is approximately 3" wide and 20" long. As you move out from the center of the stole, this narrow satin area continues until you reach a thin area of fur that forms a tab (or loop) on each end. From this fur loop, the area of satin lining continues a bit more (getting smaller and more narrow) until you reach each of the ends of the stole itself, and the fur surrounds these ends. ***Please see all pics above showing this narrow line of satin material (on the fur side) of the stole*** The smaller unlabeled stole appears to be made of fox fur as well. It measures approximately 30" long and 3 1/2 " wide in the center. I'm not sure if both of these items are meant to be a "set" but I'm selling them together as they've stayed together all these years and should remain so. Both of these vintage items have a satin material on the back and both could definitely use a cleaning. Some soiling can be seen on the satin of the SAGA stole (see pics above, showing the makers labels). I'm sure the fur (on both) would benefit from a good cleaning as well.
